The Inn at Capt. Hiram's

Negatives: The checkin- & check out person was not pleasant. No personality, or eye contact. Had to stand there and wait for her to finish what she was doing, with no explanation or greeting. At check out I questioned the extra charges and got a frown and then looked down as we walked away.

Negatives: It was everything as expected I really dont have any complaints

Negatives: The resort fee was not included in the price shown at booking.com (15$ added per day) - whereas most other resorts include the fee or at least inform about additional fees on booking.com! The room could have been cleaner (hair etc. of previous guest in bathroom), high humidity in the room which left our clothes damp, weird smell in the room

Negatives: had to wait two hours to check in for bad fish concert, i booked the room 2 months ago. friends of mine who booked their room last minute were able to check in at 2pm. once i finally got my room and missed the first hour of the concert, found out i had a view of the roof of the front entrance. for what i spent for the stay the fact that thats the room they finally gave me was unacceptable. the girl at the front desk when i tried to check in was rude and had a terrible attitude. we were given free drink tickets and a free appetizer ticket, but when i tried to use the appetizer ticket once i finally got in to the concert, the bartender was trying to tell me i couldnt use it. very disappointing because i love captain hirams and always recommend it to friends and people i know, will not be doing that in the future after this last stay there.

Negatives: Crab tasted old on the crabby Benedict and there was shell/plastic in my food. Wish there was more options of food since there was different restaurants

Negatives: The walls are thin. We could hear the other guests until the wee hours. Arcade games were broken. Pool towels were available but we were never told were to get them so we ended up using our room towels.
