Beautiful historic hotel with a great vibe
Negatives:
Staff allowed a man to work out in the hallway at 7:00 AM. The grunting from this idiot and the thud of the dumbbells hitting the floor woke up half the hallway and when I complained the staff was reluctant to even ask him to go onto the gym like a normal person. Unauthorized charges on my bill totaling over $100.00 dollars with no explanation as to what the charges were for.

The location is perfect for touring the old city. Gorgeous architecture plus the hotel itself is stunning. The hotel restaurant is great as is their staff.
Cleaning staff were amazing.
Negatives:
The only thing I didn't like was the hot water in shower was not hot enough.

Location is perfect, beautiful lobby, the most comfortable bed and pillows.
Negatives:
The wall was peeling in a rather large spot in the bathroom. Stains on ceiling. Disappointing upkeep for the cost of the room.
