Nothing. It was dirty and felt extremely unsafe!

The set up, the rude employee, the lack of concern for our safety. I had my granddaughter with me and I would never subject her to that situation. We booked less than an hour before we arrived late that night because we were told we could not get a room by paying when we arrived. When we saw the facility, we asked that our money be refunded, but was told that it was nonrefundable. I did not even take the key. I informed the night clerk that I would not feel comfortable there with my daughter and granddaughter. I realize that all the workers and trucks were there because of the recent weather damage, but it was not an environment for the ladies for the night. Since it was late at night and the reservation had been made less than an hour before, I didn't think I was being out of line to ask for the room to be canceled. I’d appreciate you reconsidering your decision.

There was a tornado and lost power. We tried checking out at 2:00 not to stay second night but would not be refunded the the night because it was after normal checkout time. Under the circumstances of no power I feel they could have refunded the nights stay.

Positives:
Actually nothing we'll it was a place with power after the tornado tore my area up but the toilet didn't flush or the shower work and the bed made us itch and the stairs just felt wobbly some of them when going up to my room.
Negatives:
Toilet didn't flush and the shower didn't work plush beds made us itchy and stairs wobbly and not good lighting a lot of dark areas .
