Tampa dream hotel!

The breakfast was good. Not bad for a hotel buffet.

There was one bartender at the pool, the poor bartender was run over, it was swamped as Kenny chesney was in town and the hotel was booked solid. Not to mention, it was the only bar, and its has like 6 chairs at it. The nasty sign on the pool door about not bringing your own food or beverages to the pool even though you could not get service. Everyone at the pool was complaining. The pool towels were the worst. They are so small, along with the towels in the room. And I think 90 % of the guests have a view for the parking lot or roof.

The first room that was provided to us was dirty, the inside of the bathroom door looked like it had vomit or blood on it.
I paid almost 450.00 the highest priced to get the same room to replace that room. Very dissatisfied.
When we went down stairs to get coffee, they had no coffee creamer to provide to us.

The staff was very unfriendly, when we walked into the incorrect entrance we were lost and could not
find that hotel the lobby. the outdoor bar took forever to wait on us and get food and drinks.

Lobby and common areas is nice. Very visually pleasing.
Negatives:
Paid parking is a negative. Double beds were small. No fridge or microwave in the room. Hallways to rooms were extremely dark. Elevators weren't working properly. Though the overall experience was ok, I wouldn't recommend the hotel for these reasons.
