ONLY LOCATION, HAVE STAYED AT THIS HOTEL X3, BREAKFAST WAS GOOD
Negatives:
THE FRONT LADY RECEPTIONIST WAS RUDE. ROOM SMELT OF MOLD LIKE IT HADN'T BEEN OPENED, LOOKED CLEAN BUT DID NOT FEEL CLEAN. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE HOTEL AND ROOM, WILL NOT BE STAYING HERE AGAIN. WE HAVE TO GO TO WESTPALM EVERY 3-4MONTHS FOR OUR EYE APP
Positives:
Layout was nice with rooms around the pool and the gardens were well tended. Location suited me because I was attending a concert at the IThink Amphitheater. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was very good and complimentary
Negatives:
Rooms were comfortable and well equipped but some may say a little tired. Think BW Hotel group should maybe look at its use of non recyclable cutlery and plates.
