Positives:
The fresh fruit served may have been expired or sat out a little to long. My sister and I were very sick the next day. The only thing we ate in common was the fruit. We didn’t eat all of it because it tasted soured.
Negatives:
The first room we had the shower was flooding so the staff changed our rooms! The second room was fine but the door was pretty damaged. A staff member attempted to come in the room around 8:30am trying to fix something in our room. He said the system showed that we checked out but we had t checked out yet.

The two elevators were very slow.
The bathtub floor was very slippery, dangerous. The shower curtain was too short so it didn't contain the water, it splashed everywhere.

Positives:
The young lady who checked me in was horrible. She did not greet me when I walked up to the desk. It was obvious she was having a bad night, and this was about 11:30 pm. I would not stay here again for this reason alone. There are many other places I can stay and be treated better.

The facility and the rooms should be cleaned more thoroughly. I haven’t stayed here in a while so it’s been at least two years and when I stay there the place where was immaculate. I don’t know what has happened over the years but I feel like the bathroom and the crevices need to be cleaned a lot more thoroughly. My room floor was not vacuum thoroughly and had leftover debris.
