The staff was extremely courteous and friendly! My room was amazing. The location was perfect.
Negatives:
I can not think of anything I did not like. The WiFi would occasionally drop and I would have to reconnect when I first arrived. It seemed to resolve on day two.

*I booked this hotel because of the indoor pool for my 10 year old. We checked in, got down to the pool and it had no water in it. Extremely disappointed. I cancelled our second day and called around to find another area hotel with a working pool.

The room was big. The bed was soft and comfy.
Negatives:
The elevator was hot, slow, and a little scary. Once it stopped the door would start to open then stop, then open completely. Housekeeping bangs on the door, the day of check-out before 9am and check-out isn't until 12p. I typically love Hampton Inn properties. This one was a big disappointment
