Positives: I was rudely mistreated the night shift acted like she was too tired too busy too lazy to help me, but when some other customers came in of the same race, she got a second win and started helping them and she ended up making me pay three deposits as her credit card monitor got unplugged and I was delaying her line to talk to her friends, which were the same race Ethnicity, which made me feel so discriminated because I wasn’t the same race as them I complain to corporate I try to complain to them about being charged three times. They got mad at me and told me what do you think? Think we lied to you I go what you did because you said you were just gonna charge one $200 deposit I asked to speak to corporate. They said that they’re not there. I asked to speak to the manager and they said that they’re not there and there is no corporate so I called , the number to corporate had to look it up and then I got a supervisor there who started acting up and making fun of my name and said that she didn’t understand me as I was spelling phonetically my name and she said she didn’t understand me I told her I’m speaking English and she’s the language barrier and the accent. She didn’t understand English. She told me that she couldn’t help me. She’s gonna warm me ended up hanging up on me after I told her that she needs to treat , me better and treat people that complain better and try to fix the problem and quit lying about how there is no corporate and she has no boss so I am very upset with my stay. She tried to tell me to call Booking.com for retrieving my deposit when they’re the ones that bill me so she’s just trying to get rid of me And they lie because they don’t want to call corporate. I ended up calling corporate. I called back again she hung up on me and got a nice gentleman who dealt with the problem and took the complaint and gave me a complaint number so I can further look into getting my deposits back because they billed me three times On my bank card, I very upset
Negatives: I didn’t like the fact that there was somebody sleeping on the couch with a hoodie on when you walk in and get ready to go to the elevator did not like the fact that the person behind the counter, even though it was late hours did not even say good night hello good morning nothing but when some other people came behind me while The monitor would not accept my credit card three times and then it came unplugged because I cannot see the monitor because it’s laying flat. It was not elevated to accommodate ADA people who cannot see due to the light and glare I tried to move it. The wire became unplugged and she got mad at me and then when some other people of the same race came, she got a second win to start being nice to them, but not me felt she retaliated against me what I’m putting my credit card to pay for which I have a right to know before I transactI’m very upset because when I called back, I was being billed three times she a new person said that there is no supervisor there and said what do you want? I want us to lie to you and tell you you’re gonna get your money back acceptable I told her to corporate she refused to give it to me and said there is no corporate which is a lie and a lie that they said that they were gonna charge me $200 versus $600 which they did and I know I won’t get my money back right away because it’s a $200 deposit, but I don’t appreciate having my bank account being held and they have faulty equipment and cannot see and they do not accommodate the ADA for the counters being too high for me to see that the monitor as I’m putting in my credit card to be charged the two auto deposit so because it did not go through the third time I use a different card and thenshe told me not to touch the monitor because the ATM machine monitor became unplugged faulty equipment not my fault. I’m just trying to see what I paid for and I have a right to do that. I’m very upset with the fact that there is no customer service. They’re not the right color

Positives: Good value for money, great location, very friendly staff, and decent gym.
Negatives: The AC unit said "use the controller on the wall" but the latter did not work. Luckily the AC unit could be controlled from its own panel, so my room was at desired temperature.

Positives: The location was ok. There was a Marta station fairly close. It was an easy walk. Several restaurants close by as well.
Negatives: There was a bit of construction out front of the hotel which made navigating a bit difficult. There was no signage to let you the loading/unloading area was through a garage door. It just said parking which was miss leading.

Positives: The rooms were decent. Breakfast was tasty.
Negatives: The toiletries in the shower were communal which is always gross, but the fact that the conditioner dispenser was empty gives the impression that the shower wasn’t adequately cleaned. There was also a plate of the previous guest’s breakfast underneath a chair. The worst part of this stay was the appalling incompetence of the staff. Upon arrival, a family was disgruntled at the front desk because their reserved room had been given away. They stepped aside to let us check in; I told the clerk my name, and her exact words were, “That’s funny, I just gave your room away.” After a few confusing minutes, we were checked into another room. In the middle of the night as we were dead asleep, the hotel room phone rang. My mother answered the phone, and the clerk told her that she had checked us into the wrong room and needed to know our names. My mother told her our names again, and then the clerk said she would have to call us back in a few minutes. My mother asked what time it was, and the clerk said it was 2:00 AM. At this point my mother was wide awake, as well as myself, and she told the clerk that we had to be up at 6:00 AM. The clerk abruptly hung up and didn’t call back. As we came to our senses, we got angry at having been woken up at 2:00 AM by hotel staff. We were unable to go back to sleep for a while, and our night was ruined. I have never encountered such stupidity in my life.

Positives: Plenty of space. I had room for my yoga mat.
Negatives: The bed and pillows were very firm. Used a jacket for a pillow since the 6 in the room were alike and the front desk said they didn't have any different pillows. Also!!! We went and bought some toilet paper because what was provided was very thin/ awful.

Positives: I loved that the guest room was huge and had ample storage for my luggage. I found the beds to be very comfortable and the bathroom to be bright and well appointed with all of the essentials + ample towels and linens. Despite it being a busy hotel, the building is concrete so I never heard any other guests in neighboring rooms. Same goes with street traffic (it was exceptionally quiet). I also love that I don't need to swipe my access card in the elevator. Even though I hate Valet Parking, I will say that these guys are pretty good and offered a great service.
Negatives: The fact that you have no choice but to pay for the crazy expensive valet parking. Hotel's housekeeping policy of service every other day upon request is not acceptable and must be changed. A reminder that daily housekeeping is the reason that people like myself opt for a hotel and not an airbnb. My interactions with staff were OK. I ended up expressing my concern to the front desk manager and she did her best to rectify my concern + make me smile with some humor (done in a professional, tasteful manner) in which I appreciated her efforts very much.

Positives: Staff was friendly and professional. Breakfast was good. Freshly cooked items and some fresh fruit/ coffee, juice, pastries available.
Negatives: No Kleenex in the room. Only one coffee pod available/ there were 3 decafs. Coffee machine in lobby did not work.
