Negatives:
The hotel was a good place, the only bad part was the valet payed $40 bucks for one night. The next morning they brought me my car and it was a mess someone went through my car , I talked to the front the desk they didn’t resolve anything they gave me a phone number to call, it was the valet supervisor, I called and he told me he was going to investigate and three days went by still no call and i decided to called him and he said he was on pto and to wait until he came back to the office.

Positives:
The location was easily accessible to the event we were attending. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.
Negatives:
The floors were visibly dirty. There were no linens for the sofa bed and the sofa bed mattress was disgusting, blood stains and such.

Positives:
Hotel is minutes away from the the Centennial Park. Room was spacious and had a small kitchen with all necessary equipment. Breakfast was offered and was very satisfying. A good gesture upon arrival very late at night was the offering of two bottles of water and cookies as a welcome pack. Bed was pretty comfortable.
Negatives:
Nothing in principle, totally met our expectation for a one-night stay.

The staff was very helpful. The room was very nice and clean!!
Negatives:
Upon arrival we was not able to get a key to our room because something was going on with the system we would have to have a staff to take us to our room and get a key later. So we decided to wait and go to our room once the keys were working. Once we received our keys they were to a room that some one was already in. When opening the door there was guest already in the bed. This could have turned into a bad situation. Luckily it did not!!

The staff was magnificent. They treated all of the guests with class. It seemed like each staff member was equally outstanding. One of the best hotel experiences I can rememember, mainly because of the kindness and competence of the staff.
