No turn down service, phone in room didn’t work so I had to walk to the front desk for everything I needed, trash was never taken out and breakfast was horrible. The juice was bad and they only had pork options.

It was very modern and well up kept. The staff of a professional and informative about the area. The rooms and especially the bathrooms were very very clean. The breakfast was delicious and had a variety of options from hot to cold there was something you could eat. Oh I should at I also stayed an extra night I would recommend this hotel. I will give them a five blunt score from the trap tray.
Negatives:
The only part I didn't like was the pool water was not crystal clear. I did not try it out but I must say some companies do put large amounts of chlorine to keep it disinfected so I don't want to bad mouth them about that. It's just I don't like cloudy water but I do like it clean so sometimes you have to sacrifice the appearance for safety.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Shoutout to the AGM who was able to help me with my check in and assist the GSA as they were having troubles. The team in place were very friendly and helpful and made me and my family feel very welcomed.

Found hair in the linen. Some of the linen had hair or stains. Requested new linen and front desk assisted.

If you're traveling with children this is a great place to stay. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. It was quiet, clean and the breakfast was great. I would stay here again.
