Hotel shuttle never picked us up from airport after waiting a hour. Hotel is dated and needs upgrading all around. Room is dated with old furniture, no clock, no blow dryer, towels were cheap, Some of the lamps in room had no light bulbs in them.

The staff was rude the room was dirty, they gave us the wrong room then tried to charge me the incidental fee for the issue I complained about the night before Staff member was nasty about the whole ordeal and called the police on me

The room was rundown. Torn carpet, big holes in the couch, elevator dirty inside and out. The whole place looked rundown.

Room was dirty had dead roaches and hair on the carpet and stains. They hold a deposit on your card charged my card 10.00 because I had makeup on towel. Got mad because I asked about the charge and hung up on me.My daughter room was nasty to never again.

The room at first sight looked great until you walked in and saw the stains on the rug and floor. The couch was a ripped up and the bed mattress was fairly brown which made it hard to sleep in the bed. It was a very noisy sleep as well. Not impressed.

The staff of very nice and friendly. We used the shuttle service and they were prompt with drop off and pick up. Hotel was close to airport. The breakfast was decent a mix of hot and grab and go items.

This hotel was very dirty. After driving 11 hours I expected to come to a hotel that was clean and prepared for me to sleep. There was trash in the room. No housekeeper available to clean the room. There were pit bulls dogs barking in the hallway.
