Door to the room stuck, ac never got cold, shower curtain is barely long enough for the shower. No safe in room, cabinet doors where fridge is didn’t close. Caulk cracking in bathroom. Property is really showing it’s age.

We like the location and the staff. Love Faye who does the breakfast. This was our 2nd stay here and we were bowled over last stay so we returned. Our grandson plays football in a neighboring town so we come down 4 hours away to see his came and return home next day.
Negatives:
The pillows were flat. It felt like we weren’t on a pillow even using two each. The bed in the room was very hard. I could hardly move when I woke. Also our stay was $3.80 more than you had told us it would be. My confirmation email was $147.13 and we were charged $150.93. I get that it says “only”$3.80 more but that is not what we were told. If everything had a price with tax and fees added and when checkin out it is $3.80 more, we’d soon be out a lot of money. So, it’s possible I won’t use you next week when we return as I’m not told the correct fee.
