Hotel room was dirty. Looked like somoen slept on top of the bed. the pillow cases were dirty and never changed. The bath tub was dirty and the shower head had mold around it. there were no common condiments(cups, tissue, trash can). Falling curtain.DIRTY

Despite an ambitious redesign the staff goes out of its way to make guests feel welcome. And despite construction, there is 1 hotel with better rooms in the block and expect to pay 3X. 0 bugs, 0 weirdos, 0 complaints. And I've been here 3+ weeks.

- Waiting 45 minutes to get in the room because it was still being clean - The super small TV in the room - The shower head looked like it never been cleaned years - Not enough towels. Will to request towels

The bathtube was Dorsey there was hair the shower curtains were supposed to be white but there were yellowish/ brownish
