The bar was terrible. One of the barters was using profanity and it took an hour to get my food. I love staying at the Embassy because they normally have a good breakfast, but this time it was really bad.

I paid 3 nights at a hotel and they didn’t clean my room for the entire time I was over there. My trash cans were overwhelmed, I went to the reception, they still did not come until the next day night. They made me pay for a brunch of stuff like parking, multiples taxes and so on.

The staff was wonderful and very helpful. Almost everything about the room met our needs and expectations.
Negatives:
The bathroom was not up to your standards. The light over the bathtub didn’t work. Also the commode handle needed to be fixed. You had to rotate it until it would engage to flush.
The couch seemed to sink too far in one place which made it difficult for me to get up. I weigh 188 lbs.

When we checked in, we saw a bus pulling up. The hotel had booked the hotel to a family having a reunion. My wife and I asked could we cancel our reservation they said that booking.com had to do it. I still haven't received my money back from the hotel.
