I didn't like the fact that the elevator stopped working and we had to take the staff elevator .I didn't like the fact that our key stopped working and had to walk down the stairs to the back of the building to the front desk back to the staff elevator to get into our room .

The room was comfortable and immaculate. It was nice to have a sizable fridge and a fully functioning kitchen. Every staff member I interacted with was kind, professional, and approachable. I definitely felt at home, and will happily come back!

HOTEL WAS VERY CLOSE TO OUR VENUE. IT WAS CLOSE TO MANY FOOD AND STORES IF ANYTHING IS NEEDED. ROOMS WERE CLEAN AND QUIET.
