I had pre-booked two rooms at this hotel, where I have stayed before. When I arrived, I was shocked be told that our booking had been cancelled, and the hotel was now full. No justification was given, and we were just told to go. Absolutely shocking treatment. We managed, with considerable difficulty, to find another hotel. I strongly suggest that you no longer promote this hotel.
