I think the only thing I can't complain about was the size of the bathroom. But I guess I forgot the room I booked was handicapped. So it makes sense

The king size bed was super firm and felt like it was 15 years old. Mugginess of it was unsettling, difficult to fall asleep. Paid almost $200 for 2 nights, but felt I was overcharged for what I got. IMO, not worth the price. WiFi almost never worked and no available outlets to charge my phone. Couldn't use my laptop for work either

Absolutely nothing and now I’ve been doubled charged 194.51 paid for two rooms when I canceled one within the appropriate time period I will be contacting the BBB on Monday morning to report both the hotel franchise and booking .com I’m extremely angry
Negatives:
Noisy and rude employees lack of service when asking for clean towels having housekeeping knocking on our door 3 hours before check out I’ve talked to everyone possible to fix the mess with my cancellation and no one has helped I’ve been doubled charged for my stay and it wasn’t worth the first charge road noise and mold smell from air conditioner was enough for us all to be tired and all have coughs and runny noses…
