The staff and room were very nice.

Only complaints we had were upon entering the room a used cleaning rag was left behind in the sink and, with it being a hot tub room, we would've liked there to be more towels in the room, even if just one more.

The room was not clean, You can tell that the bathroom floor had not been mopped for a few stays as there was hair in the corners of the floor. The free breakfast is a complete joke if you consider a breakfast bad coffee and a $.25 danish. I have no idea how they got the rating they got as I couldve gone to a hotel for half the price and got the same room
