I arrived around 1:30AM. There were people loitering in the lobby who were not guests. One followed me to my car and asked me for money. Another one taunted me as I got on the elevator to go to my room. I did NOT feel safe.

The hotel needs upgrades for the bathroom, furnitures and internet connection. We spent 3nights there and we were not able to connect to the WiFi. When I left my used towels and trash outside by the door. House keeping never came to pick up the garbag.

The location of the hotel was awesome! It was near everything we needed! The housekeeping staff was excellent even though we struggled through a language barrier, they were super sweet and kind!

The hallway carpet on both floors and the stairwells were very dirty. I suggest a steam cleaning at least once a month. On the first day we had breakfast, we noticed the yogurt was expired. We did not have breakfast on the property for the rest of the week. The shower was dirty and the bathtub faucet leaked continuously. The refrigerator in the room also leaked. The furniture in the room needs to be updated. The bed was on rollers.

this was the dustiest hotel ive booked in a long time, i only stayed for two nights and booked a hotel else where (would recommend the sonesta down the street) this hotel was way too expensive for what its actually worth. I had to put a $50 deposit down and they charged me $30 for some dirty towels THAT ALREADY CAME DIRTY. would not recommend this motel to anyone.
