Non-smoking yet it seemed like old smoke was trying to be covered up. Front desk person did his job but I did not feel particularly welcomed. It served its purpose for the night but I will not be booking again.

The staff in the counter of reception, only see when I arrive for check in. "Include breakfast" very poor in that, never see the breakfast, just one day I saw cofee. Part of the room carpet wet, the bathroom sink clogged, the water takes 35 min to drain.
