Rooms were in very bad conditions, and smelled horrible. We felt seek in one day and left the property very next day instead of completing our 3 night stay there.

When we checked in the clerk was not helpful. The customer service sucked. We were over charged for the room and nothing was done about it.. found out the walk in rate was $89 and we were charged total $169!!!! the hotel was definately not worth it! We have a disabled child and there was no cart to get all our stuff and the stuff needed for her care to the room. Had to go searching for a cart. After getting to room there were no towels and no covers for bed and we were told there were no blankets so we froze all night. Then after we were charged online for breakfast, you were out of everything. There were no plates, no coffee or creamer and no syrup. We ended up leaving and had to go buy breakfast. This was one of the worst hotel experiences that we have ever had!

Room was dirty, with visible stains on walls that would have been seen and cleaned by housekeeping/inspector if cleaniness was a priority. The lobby is decent so you dont realize the state of the slow elevator, hallways, and rooms until you have already paid. Would not recommend.

The hotel was very dirty as well as our room. There was trach under the mattresses,under the beds & a dirty washcloth left on the sofa. By far the most filthy hotel I have ever stayed in. We only stayed because it was non-refundable & 1am when checking in

The bathroom sink over head light was not working, the room phones were not operable so I had to walk down to lobby for assistance and the toilet ran uncontrollably all night. When I mentioned to desk clerk, I was told maintenance would come up to fix.

1. IT IS NOT A SMOKE FREE HOTEL. As soon as we got off the elevator to our floor, it smelled like someone lit an entire case of cigarettes in the halls. Our room even reeked of cigarette smoke as well.
