No cord on the room telephone so unable to call the front desk with concerns. All outlets/USB ports on the central shelf/TV stand nonfunctional. No tissues in the tissue box in the bathroom. Bathroom fan not operational. Told front desk; nothing corrected

The service was extremely nice and helpful. Due to the luggage left at the airport in Washington, the lady recommended where I could go and buy some clothes quickly. The breakfast at the facility, as befits US standards, was very nutritious.
Negatives:
As for breakfast, you can choose from scrambled eggs or meat cutlets. A nutritious breakfast does not mean that it was tasty or healthy. Too many high-sugar products for me.
