Bad communication and disappointing service. The second day house keeping came knocking on the door at 8 in the morning to ask if we wanted our room clean and we told them yes but asked could they come back after we left and he said yes. Yes when we came back that evening our room hadn't been cleaned so we didn't have towels, our bed wasn't made up or anything. So checkout day house keeping came again that morning and we told them we didn't need it and theh kept coming back atleast 5 times and we had to keep telling them we was still in the room. It was just irritating and unpleasant.And the rooms need updating the furniture has stains all in them, kindof nasty..

The room was spacious and had good public transportation to the Braves stadium.
Negatives:
The thermostat didn't work. A security guard came to the room to inspect it and said he would have them move us to another room. We packed our bags and went to the desk to be told the hotel was fully booked and learned that the security guard who had inspected our thermostat had never spoken to the front desk even though he was at that moment sitting in a chair in sight of the front desk. We then discovered that the thermostat had no batteries, but after we put batteries in it still didn't work to control the temp. Either our room had a broken thermostat or the the temp was set from a central location. Either way, the staff should have known and not told us we would get a different room if the hotel were fully booked as it was a waste of time to pack our bags.

Front desk receptionist was having a bad night and felt like she took it out on customers, wasn’t very friendly like normal. Also parking fees and room rate were higher than normal
