Negatives: Room 301 - Our room had a few cobwebs where the wall met the ceiling, near the window/curtains. The desk chair looks like someone's pet chewed it up on the side The shower floor gets really slippery after soaping up and the shower door handles were loose and kept bumping each other when trying to open and close the shower doors. The room felt stuffy after cooking breakfast and going out and coming back later The A/C never really cooled the room well and we weren't able to turn it on from the wall controls, we had to turn it on using the buttons the window unit itself.

Negatives: The smell of the room… it smelled as if the previous occupants may have had odor issues with their feet

Negatives: When I first returned to my room my key did not work nor my did my husband’s key work. We had to walk back down to the front desk to get my key updated. Once I was able to get in my room the room was not cleaned, which was fine but my husband went back to the front desk to get towels. He was told he had to go back to the room and bring them the dirty towels before he could get new towels.

Negatives: Although it was New Year’s Eve there were numerous individuals hanging outside and around the hotel, who in my opinion weren’t guests. About 10:30 the noise started on the floor above us (it sounded like wrestling matches), at 2:30am someone started pounding on our door, at 5:45am someone again was pounding on our door. Extremely frightening and concerning. After the second, we decided to the shower, pack and hit the road. As we entered the lobby there was a tactical officer dealing with staff and as we exited there were 5 squad cars and numerous additional tactical officers present. I would never stay again at this hotel and/or this location. Extremely concerning and intimidating.

Negatives: The room we stayed in smelled strange and sour. Both beds in our room had lumps. One of the beds had a huge 4-6 inch dent in it like someone had been sitting in that same spot for a very long time. We removed the sheets to see if the mattress would bounce back and discovered the dent was permanent and the mattress had several stains on it. Other furniture in the room had stains on them as well. We got in very late at night and when we booked the room last minute, the website said this was the last room available that fit our needs. Switching rooms did not seem to be an option.
