Negatives: Animals need to be farther from the rooms with no animals.

Negatives: The room could have been cleaner. On our first day there was still hair in the sink and the floor not well vacuumed. On our 2nd to last day our room was never cleaned and we had to ask at nite for towels and the trash to be picked up.

Negatives: My room did not get housekeeping service and we were gone the whole day so there was no excuse that they attempted and the room was occupied. When I informed the front desk, the lady was very rude and stated we should have notified the front desk when we left because they can’t track if the room is empty. This is obviously an unusual practice in hotels and it would have been nice if we were informed at check in. Most front desk personnel I have encountered has been really rude and entitled. Like I was an inconvenient even at check in or simply asking a simple question like where can I take my dog for a bathroom break or are the bikes available. Rude encounters can truly be a downer on someone who’s trying to decompress from the norm and I hope this is something the staff should also take in consideration even though this is their normal routine, they are in hospitality business after all.

Negatives: The fact that since we stayed 2 days that they did not empty the trash or made the bed, On changing of the sheets, I ways ok after I found out that they only change every three days on longer stays.

Negatives: No coffee pot in room Bathroom was extremely small Room was cleaned with bleach and the smell of bleach never went away

Negatives: Restaurant staff were very unprofessional one evening. I wanted to order food to go so I asked the bartender for a menu. Was told the bar is closed due to a staffing issue (8:30 pm). While I was perusing the menu, 2 staff were having a personal and very unprofessional conversation while behind the bar and right in the center of it He was saying that he has a 103 fever and needs to go home and she's telling him to get out of there, yet this went on for at least 5 minutes at which point I just walked away. No one even noticed.

Negatives: Thin walls. Could hear elevator down the hall and people talking late night / early morning

Negatives: More bikes available. More affordable daily parking. I was lucky enough to have street parking and was glad I didn't have to pay $40 a day to park.

Negatives: This hotel stay was a disaster. First, they gave us a room which had a glass desk, which was shattered, and the refrigerator didn't work. I went down to the front desk, and they advised me that they knew about the desk and not to worry and I wouldn't be responsible. Finally, they agreed to change the room to a small room with no space to store our clothes. Again, i went down to talk to the from desk and finally a manager Tim came to help. He understood the situation and changed our room to the best he had and said he would credit us for that night (let's see if i ever get the credit) The new room had sticky floors and wasn't that clean but was much better. The second day we toured Savannah and came back to shower and go to dinner and of course the room wasn't cleaned. Tim stopped by to see how our day was going and immediately had some towels sent up and had the room cleaned while we were at dinner. The gym locker room was gross my wife told me the ladies' room was unusable.

Negatives: We made multiple calls to hotel to help finalize travel plans with two toddlers. At check in snarky comment “you guys called a few times today” …. No fitted sheet only flat, meaning when we woke sometimes I was touching the mattress pad cover which was stained. Pillows poor quality Drawer in between beds heavy and kept falling out onto floor and smashing Asked for pack play prior to arrival delivered after arrival without sheets or blanket. Went to wine happy hour with 10 min to spare and while getting kids comfortable on a couch and dry from down pour outside- when turned around to get glass of wine, employee walked off with wine promptly at 6 pm and didn’t even offer to pour a glass while we were getting settled.
