Baymont by Wyndham Smyrna

Negatives: The shower did not work. After ride my bike for 50 miles I was looking forward to a good shower. The room smelled like cigarette smoke, and the air conditioner did not cool the room off at all no matter how I tried to adjust the thermostat. This is probably the worst room I have ever stayed in since I’ve been with Booking.com. I would like to get my money back, but I don’t know who to talk to.

Negatives: the smell, room did not look very nice, i paid alot and coukd have been staying downtown.

Negatives: The soap

Negatives: The whole place smelled like marijuana, We walked in the room with dead roaches smashed in the wall, The smell in the room smelt like urine and mildew, Not to mention all the crumbs all under the bed and microwave and fridge was not cleaned.

Negatives: The dog and kids I could have did without!! Otherwise a decent stay.

Negatives: On the photos it had a hot tub in the pool area , e That’s why I booked it got there hottub was not there .. please update pictures

Negatives: My toilet was too low for me and my husband. The second night my bed was not made or clean towels hadn't been replaced. But the next night we came back everything was clean. And the light came through the bottom of the doorway was a little uncomfortable for me

Negatives: Not a great place to stay tried to cancel they would not let me

Negatives: We reserved a double room. The first room we got was filthy. Hair on the bed and the desk was covered in what appeared to be syrup but the a/c worked. The 2nd room was cleaner but had burn marks on the tub and the a/c wasn’t cooling. Luckily we were able to open the window slightly and get some air. When we pulled out the sofa bed bc this room was a king bed the sheets had something on them. It appeared as though they had not been checked after the last rental. I have never stayed at a hotel that the indoor pool doesn’t open until 11am and closes at 8 pm.

Negatives: Seems like the whole hotel smelled like marijuana

Negatives: Beds were small and thin. The rooms weren’t cleaned properly. Dirty Q-tips and bottle tops were left in the room on the floor and in the beds. Stains were on the comforter. Entire hotel smells like weed. Rooms weren’t together as promised. Breakfast was just waffles and cereal not as advertised. Pool area doesn’t look like photos which is why we originally booked this hotel. Pool water was freezing cold so the kids refused to even swim. All in all just know you get what you pay for. Spend the extra money and get a better room somewhere else.

Negatives: I was disappointed because I didn’t get the chance to use the pool. The hallway is very smelly. They smoked all kinds of stuff inside the room.

Negatives: There is no elevator. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and our room had bad smell. Also, there was a lot of foot traffic and loudness all through the night. The pool closes at 8 PM which isn’t very realistic for people that are sightseeing or going to the theme park. And it is not heated.
