The shower did not work. After ride my bike for 50 miles I was looking forward to a good shower. The room smelled like cigarette smoke, and the air conditioner did not cool the room off at all no matter how I tried to adjust the thermostat. This is probably the worst room I have ever stayed in since I’ve been with Booking.com. I would like to get my money back, but I don’t know who to talk to.

The whole place smelled like marijuana, We walked in the room with dead roaches smashed in the wall, The smell in the room smelt like urine and mildew, Not to mention all the crumbs all under the bed and microwave and fridge was not cleaned.
