Despite previous reviews, the staff were polite, professional and made the check in process really easy and smooth & were very welcoming. I stayed on the second floor, which did not smell of smoke & presented to be clean. The king bed was comfortable and the room was clean. I don’t have any complaints!

Location. Close proximity to grocery stores and restaurants.
Negatives:
Front desk staff wasn’t welcoming at all. There were so many issues with the room, which was handicap accessible btw. Broken mirror, stain on curtain, stain on floor, stained chair, broken cushion on the desk chair arm rest, dirty window sills, refrigerator wasn’t getting cold as it should, missing toilet paper holder, misaligned toilet seat. Overall stay: Not Good/Fair

The room was clean and very big. Overall, the hotel was definitely worth the money. It was close to Truist Park. Great location. 5 minute drive to the Battery. I really have no complaints, and I would definitely stay here again.
