Positives:
EV charging was exactly what we needed and why we chose to stay here.

Pictures showed two rooms and in reality it was one large room with a sleeper sofa.

The front desk staff was very friendly and professional. Breakfast was good. The facility was clean.
Negatives:
The mattress is old because springs can be felt and heard. Not cool at all. Made for an uncomfortable stay. It was reported via text survey at the hotel, that they claimed someone would get back with me and never did they respond.

The staff was accommodating and the hotel has a breakfast room.

I was on the 4th floor and the elevator was slow, especially when I had to make several trips.

It was supposed to be a suite but it had an open space with 2 little uncomfortable side chairs instead of a sofa. Also it needs to be deep cleaned. Breakfast was pretty much lacking !

There were dogs everywhere and I love dogs. The staff went over and beyond helping me with a couple of issues. And the breakfast was great. I'm already booked for a return trip after the new year.
