Positives: Coffee/tea/cocoa available all hours in reception area.

Negatives: Weird setup with two hotels connected and front desk attendant having to jump back and forth from computer terminal to check guests in. Several exterior doors were broken and inaccessible. Elevator was extremely slow. Breakfast items had absolutely no flavor, sausage gravy, eggs, bacon and even the syrup for waffles. A closed down JBs restaurant was on property and made the location feel run down and unsafe. Certainly not worth money. Paid to upgrade the room to a king through the app, was not given a king room.

Positives: Room was large enough for 2 and the room layout was good.

Negatives: Walls and floors are thin. Upstairs neighbor stomped and dropped bowling balls until midnight and started up again at 4 am. We could hear all the room doors open and close as people came and went. Please grease the door hinges/latches.
