infested with insects/bugs. Tried calling down to the front desk office no answer. came down and reported to night staff Nathan and showed him the pictures. Digusted and couldn't even show in the morning as there were 9 insects/bugs in the tub, curtain

I loved everything about this place. When they said they remodeled it to be suites, they weren't lying in the LEAST! For such a low price, I was shocked by how comfortable and unique this place was. It easily could've fooled me into thinking it was a 4-star hotel! Beautiful, clean room. Great view of the city, and it's so close to everything we needed for the night. The staff was super friendly and helpful! The softest beds I've ever been in in my entire life! I truly can not stop talking about how wonderful this place was and how next time I'm in Idaho falls I will be making another stop here. The parking was excellent, the room was MASSIVE for a hotel room. I've never stayed in a suite before, but this made me and my partner feel like we were living in the lap of luxury for a night, especially considering our hard drive there for our road trip. If I could I'd rate it a 20/10
Negatives:
My only complaints would be the water takes a little longer than most places to get hot for the shower, it took about 4-5 minutes to get hot but in that time I'm usually busy getting my clothes ready for the day/night so it wasn't of any concern to me. My only other complaint would be the deck could use some serious clean up, just a lot of cobwebs everywhere and on everything but it wasn't so bad I wasn't able to take a seat and enjoy the night air and the sound of the river that was RIGHT NEXT TO THE HOTEL!

The room was huge and well laid-out. The beds were super comfy and the location was so close to many restaurants and the riverfront. Lovely place for a walk and excellent Mexican restaurant down the road. The breakfast was good, too!
