All hotels in Pullman is fully booked . The property is fairly clean . It is satisfactory to me but not ideal hotel especially when you are with family

We checked in late almost 11pm because of the football activity . When I asked for extension of time checking out , they cant accommodate time and they wil even charge you if you stay past 12noon. I managed to end my night and just sleep. Theres only one small trash inside the room and the bathroom dont have one . The water from the sink or even inside the tub takes too long to drain . I dont find the staff accommodating and helpful . Lastly , the annoying message that you need to check in and check out . They already charge the credit card pre check in and everytime is like taking charge of everything . Anyways , I dont think we will stay there again or even recommend it to friends . Its a 2-3 stars hotel that you are expecting and yet pricey !

Top notch hotel in an gorgeous location

location, breakfast, staff, public areas were tidy, breakfast waitress was SUPER!

rooms smelled musty, not super clean (hello toenail clippings in the rug near bathroom), AC was not fully functioning in room, went to get drinks at bar and bartender was clearly overwhelmed with no backup (this was a busy night with a band) so had to leave.
