Positives:
Our room was so nasty, we decided not to eat the breakfast.
Negatives:
The room was in horrible condition. The upholstered chair was so stained and dirty we wouldn't sit on it. One of the lights didn't work. The speaker on the TV was blown. And the exhaust fan in the bathroom was filthy like it hadn't been cleaned in years.

Check in staff friendly. Good refrigerator. Bed was okay.
Negatives:
Hotel and room in desperate need of updating. Everything seemed worn out. Carpet and upholstered furniture tired and stained. Chipped paint, microwave didn't work, zero fresh anything for breakfast. Window was screened but didn't open.

The bed was very comfortable. The room was spacious. It was within walking distance of a fun little Tavern and food. The staff was very friendly and the continental breakfast was good.
Negatives:
The people in the rooms next to me were loud and obnoxious, but that's not a reflection on the Hotel it's a reflection on the other guests.
