The lobby was under construction.
Positives:
We had 2 adjoining rooms. Both rooms were clean. Small couch and chair in sitting areas. 1 room with tub/ shower and 1 room with walk in shower. Breakfast was pretty good. There is an Hotel is about 30 minutes from Great Lakes Naval Station.
Negatives:
I have no complaints. The toilet in 1 of our rooms leaked slightly, but the front desk notified maintenance as soon as it was brought to their attention.

The breakfast was pretty good. There was little to no noise while relaxing in my room. The staff was great with the keeping of the hotel.

The pool was very cold the last night we swam. Having a gaming area away from the rooms would give us a few more things to do.

Stayed for 5 days and had to get toiletries from the front desk. Housekeeping didnt ask at all.

Fire alarm went off and we had to evacuate. My daughter was terrified and barely slept the last night we were there. But

The hotel has not been renovated for some time now.
The level of cleaningness is far from what it should be. The breakfast area doesnt deserve to be called that way as it offers no selection of food whatsoever.
This is the hotel that is targeting poor travelers who have no expectations.
In my view the property is mismanaged as the management doesnt understand the duties of the property management which is making sure that travelers receive good standard of service.
