The room smelled like someone just smoked a pack of cigarettes. It was so hard to sleep, because I felt nauseous from the smell of cigarette smoke. They should not be allowed to charge for this room.

I specifically booked 2 queen beds. I showed what I booked and he continued to offer 1 king bed, I continued to explain. Then waited 15 min (@ 9pm) to see what was clean. Before getting 1 king and a pull out couch, not what I booked!
