The breakfast was adequate.

Our bathroom hasn’t been cleaned at all & the toilet was disgusting. Our floor hasn’t been vacuumed as there chunks of cookie next to the garbage can. The elevator was dirty & smelled.

At first I liked being able to book my room online however immediately upon doing so when I walked into the building the staff was not able to speak English and double charged my card even tho I showed him my confirmation and number provided after booking my room.
Negatives:
I didn’t like my card being charged multiple times for 1 night. I didn’t like the lies about having a phone and internet access in the room . Even I realized the phone in the room was just for looks no box to connect to and no phone line running from the phone to an outlet even I felt like I was in a hotel that was being used for holding people against their will or rooms in movies that are scenes from scary movies . I mean who and why would. A hotel have a room like this that was connected to another room that had the lock reversed on the other side of the door as if it was locked one couldn’t leave thru that door. plus they illegally changed my card twice And the fact that the cops were in the lobby dealing with someone on drugs and alcohol using In the lobby . Do not bring your family to this dungeon. It’s not safe with the illegal drinking drugging and more activities you do not want your kids around this
