They made a photocopy of my check card with the damage deposit which I did not like at all. This is bad practice and bad business. I insisted that it be destroyed prior to my leaving.

Pillows were not soft. Small choice for breakfast, but I was ok with it because it had what I normally eat, cerical, toast, yogurt and coffee.

Pet aloud but rules were harsh for pet with temperatures being so cold out. Having a kennel in out room and we had to take the dog outside with us even if we were only outside to smoke.

See above pet issues. Entered our room without permission and didn't replace what was taken. There were some very rude staff.
