Positives:
The location is excellent. All the tourist hotspots are within walking distance. The rooms are clean, staff is friendly and respond to requests very quickly.
Negatives:
I'm not a fan of the sliding barn door in the bathroom and I would like more hanging hooks in the bathroom. There was nowhere to hang up my clothes. Small concern but overall stay was good so I'm nitpicking.

The property is in a great location . I loved the restaurant in the lobby . The art installations were beautiful. The room was very spacious and the water pressure.. yess. Lastly the city views at night . Beautiful!!!!
Negatives:
One of the sinks had a cracked basin, and did not drain. The paint was chipping in a few places . The bed had uncomfortable springs , and the mini fridge was broken.
