Positives:
Location was amazing! Walking distance to many of the Chicago attractions! Easy Ride share to others. Rooms were definitely City rooms ( size wise) but they were packed with all the bells and whistles and the stay was wonderful! The staff were very attentive and extremely helpful!

I had to find out the hard way about the 100+ a night security deposit.

Valet obviously hit something in my car. I have a brand new car only 15,000 miles and my door now has a huge ding in it. Valet accidentally rolled my back window down in the rain, my backseat got wet until I noticed the window was cracked open. Valet is terrible

We relocated to the Kinzie after spending 4 days at the 5 stars Langham, directly across the street. We found the Kinzie an excellent value for the money with great towels and a decent attempt at free continental breakfast...very decent,
