Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. I book a studio suite with a full sitting area, with the 2 TV's. Instead I got a small 2 Queen beds room. By the way these folks moved the other bed out and put a tiny couch there..calling that the sitting area. Nothing like the picture these ppl are idiots. Deluxe rooms are a joke

The staff, “Thim” could not be more rude. I’ve paid for the stay days before and showed him the receipt and confirmation but he still RUDELY insists that we didn’t pay and “don’t care” about our proof of payment. Then he proceeds to ask us to “just pay or leave the hotel”. We left and tried to call Booking.com’s customer service for an hour to no avail. He then proceeded to call me and confirmed that we did pay. Worst customer service I’ve ever had.

The people who lives there and sit and drink all day by the picnic area which they think is there's are creeping and will follow you around the hotel. Also housekeeping is lazy trash been in hallways for my entire 5 days stay. Also they doesn't do housekeeping until 2 weeks stay has pass. Which is gross you have to change your own sheets. That's when I notice I was laying on a fifty piss stain mattress with NO MATTRESS cover on it..If we have to change our own bedding they should make sure the mattress is clean and doesn't have NASTY stains for previous guest on them absolutely disgusting!!

I was double charged for my stay. Once from Booking.com and once from the Hotel directly. The hotel directed me to Booking.com for resolution. Formal complaint was issued. NOT resolved yet!!!
