Tiny room, worn out carpet, stayed 2 nights and nobody came to do the room or change towels or empty the thrash baskets, fridge wasn’t working, faulty a/c, and the list goes on and on.

"New" mattresses were way too soft for me. A king, or 2 queens in the handicap rooms would be nice. one queen isn't great.
