I changed rooms three time. The first room the toilet didn't work, Maintenance or the manager never showed up. The second room was dirty and the TV didn't work. The third one was ok until I had to take a bird bath in the kitchen sink, no hot water

The customer service was bad. The amnesties were not as they advertised. The room and hallway was dirty. The place is overpriced not to have anything that was advertised.
