Room was nice. Bed was comfy. They called to tell me we left my daughters toy behind, so that was nice of them.

My kid and I got stuck on the elevator and had to have the fire department let us out. The manager didnt bother to talk to me until I asked for one after it happened this morning. One of the staff members was pushing me out of the hotel. And their breakfast was put away before 10am. Even though it was until 10am.

We loved our room! It was very comfortable! Im a hairdresser and Im very picky about shampoo and conditioner, and I forgot mine at home!! I loved your shampoo & conditioner!!! I know it seems silly but its the little things!!
