Black out curtains in room did not fully close allowing all the lights from street and front of hotel to stream into room making for a very disrupted nights sleep

The room was spacious, and thankful for the microwave and refrigerator.
Negatives:
Your curtains did not close , so our room was too bright to go to sleep and the room was so bright when the sun came up we couldn't sleep in. there was hair in the bathtub.

I can not tell you what I did like and do not understand why this is a a required field so I guess nothing? My entire experience was ruined

I was charged twice for the room. I paid back in March through booking and now paid again through Hampton? Why was I charged twice that doesnt make sense
