Negatives: Your curtains did not close , so our room was too bright to go to sleep and the room was so bright when the sun came up we couldn't sleep in. there was hair in the bathtub.

Positives: I can not tell you what I did like and do not understand why this is a a required field so I guess nothing? My entire experience was ruined
Negatives: I was charged twice for the room. I paid back in March through booking and now paid again through Hampton? Why was I charged twice that doesnt make sense
