Tv in the front room of the suite no power and no staff member came to fix the problem the night staff front desk lady said there was nothing she could do because they were booked for the night no room to switch me to. I didn't pay to be stuck in the bedroom watching TV with my guests.

Definitely not a three star hotel. Much closer to a 2 star like a Quality Inn or Super 8.
The refrigerator door was open when I walked into the first room I was given and had 20+ wet towels inside.
The second room I was given had a big stain on the floor and the middle lamps by the bed didn’t work. The third room I was given was fine.
The pillows on the beds were very small. Think couch pillows. The second night I stayed, a large group sat outside of the hotel and kids were yelling and screaming outside my window past 10:30 at night.

Room keys didn't work the majority of the time, I had to ask more times than I remember for new ones. It was very inconvenient. Breakfast was decent. No hot tub but the pool is heated.

Some of the staff was nice. Whoever the man was that worked on 4/27 (morning shift) was not nice or helpful. I called complained about the toilet not working around 6:30 am He told me he was not able to come because he was doing breakfast but would make a point to come check it later in the day. We left after breakfast, and got back around 3. Nothing had been done to the toilet.
Negatives:
Visible stains in the carpet that looked as though there had not been any attempt to clean them up and a large amount of hair In the bathroom on the floor and in the shower. I had to re-clean the bathroom before I felt comfortable using it. Unfortunately I didn’t take pictures of the hair in the bathroom
