Positives:
Every traveller should be warned about the conditions at this hotel. Its not a safe or good place to stay. I left after 40 minutes of trying to get a room. After 30 minutes I was sent to a room that still had occupants. People milling around the lobby to get their key cards reactivated. I was promised a refund by the desk clerk.

My room was not available. My card key got stacked inside the card key opening. Door did not opened for 2 hours. I had to wait 2 hours for a available room. The hotel smell like there was no air circulation on hallways. Hotel looks unkept inside.
