We had a smoking room and a balcony.

They were rude tried to make me book another reservation because supposedly their systems were down and tried to make me pay for another room when I had my reservation already, the towels were dirty, and they only had basic cable no movie/tv shows apps, oh and another thing they said they had breakfast they didn’t only little stuff like fruits, muffins, and granola bars etc. Also the outside look like it was a dump.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. When I told them about issues with the room, they were receptive to the feedback and seemed interested in getting it resolved.
Negatives:
There were bugs in the room trying to shelter from the change in seasons. No bed bugs or anything, more like crickets and stuff. The tub drain in the bathroom didn’t properly drain.
