The staff! Also very clean. The staff served breakfast, they had a bar and food service. The staff were all super friendly, you could tell they enjoyed working here. The front desk remembered our sons birthday and gifted him a cookie. Great service and great room set up. Very close to activities. We will be back!

Flight came in late and the staff at the front desk said that I missed my day and they already took the hotel cost off my credit card. They did not want to refund nor give me another day. I had to spend more money at the Renaissance Marriot Bonvoy for a room. That is just unacceptable.
