Negatives: the room above us had children running around all night. we didn't get much sleep. it sounded like a birthday party.

Negatives: As soon as I walked into my room it smelled like fish. As I walked around my room moving from tile to carpet (with shoes on) I almost slipped several times. I could see the tile was wet so thought nothing of it but then when I took my shoes off and stepped on the carpet my socks were completely soaked (see photos). I don’t know if the room had flooded or what but it reeked! And everytime I left and then came back the smell just got stronger and stronger. I also felt that the hospitality towards me (someone who booked with a third party) was less than the people in front of me who booked directly with the hotel.

Negatives: Out of coffee in breakfast area, ice makers not working and couldn’t get water in breakfast area. No water anywhere except tap water.

Negatives: Bed Bugs Rude Staff Stained Comforters

Negatives: No elevator. Was place on 2nd floor. I am 78 with heart problems

Negatives: bathrooms (there were 2 in suite) were worn/water damage on door moldings, towel rack not secured to wall, bath drain switch missing screw (so had to be manipulated to work. More annoyances, did not negatively impact our stay.

Negatives: No fan in bathroom, dated furniture

Negatives: The kitchen is not fully equipped. We had to buy dish soap, towels, sponge, table cloth, paper towel. They supplied limited dishes and pans. Also, there are no chairs on their balconies.

Negatives: Shower in room really was not operating correctly and bathtub did not drain fast Exterior grounds could use cleaning trees trimmed grass mowed etc Once inside you thought you were at a completely different hotel because it was clean and inviting

Negatives: The neighborhood looked sketchy, as soon as we pulled in, I had to even ask the front desk guy if this was a safe area. The hotel looked run down. Their were guys sitting on the steps drunk, stumbling on outside stairs. The hotel looked nothing like the pictures online. The kicker was a health department violation notice on the sliding door at the enterence, showing their food handling violations, and others. So We did Not touch the Food!!! we ate at Cracker barrel. The coffee was cold, Our room smelled terrible, like mold. we had to park around back, it was just me and my 10 yo daughter, I felt a little nervous. Random people in and out, doors slamming through the night. The hotel room was not up to date. The balcony’s have outside lights, of course mine wouldn’t turn on, nor was their a switch. TV didn’t work, so I have to go find the front desk gentleman. I believe their were many families living in this hotel. Overall, This was the worst hotel experience I have ever encountered. I would tell people don’t waste your money, book somewhere else.

Negatives: Couldn't swim in pool due to Senior exercise class.
