The staff was friendly, the vending machines were great in the front office and the rooms were extremely clean. Had no issues with anything. TV worked well and so did the heater.

I didnt like the police banging on my door and harassing me for nothing. When I call front desk I was told to open the door or check out. Im a female single and it was to cops looking for someone else. I dont feel safe so I called my friend to stay with me fo me to feel safe.

The shower was O.K. There was plenty of hot water. The refrigerator worked and kept liquids cold. The TV was O.K.
Negatives:
The toilet needs a seat cover not the open one supplied with the room. The lack of a cover is ludicrous. The microwave was small, cheap and toy-like, not very useful. The mattress was either old, cheap or both, very uncomfortable. The pillows were basically non-existent, thin and flimsy, not really pillows at all. There was damage to the walls and corners of the room. Needs fixing, looks shoddy. The air conditioner added humidity to an already humid environment, Awful! The price of the room was not supported by the condition of the room at all.

It was easy to navigate through, and pretty straight forward.

I didnt like the employee working Friday night. He was rude and when I tried speaking to him about my booking and how I had booked in advanced he shut me up and kept cutting me off. I was only trying to communicate to him what was going on. Also the bed sheets smelled and the room smelled, mainly the bathroom like there was some sort of sewer problem. Just a smelly and kind of gross hotel. But you get what you pay for.
